Criterium Engineers is a leading consulting engineering company with over 60 affiliate offices throughout North America. We specialize in buildings, and have consulted with clients on over 600,000 properties of every kind. 

Designers rarely see how their buildings perform over time, because of this fact, utilization of certain materials and incorporation of flawed details continue to be used today. Given our extensive experience in evaluating existing building since our inception in 1957, we have observed what can go wrong with buildings over time, which allows us the unique ability to provide practical solutions to the challenges you face on your projects every day.

Criterium Engineers consists of nearly 140 licensed Professional Engineers that are committed to a very high standard of service. A state-licensed Engineer or Architect leads every project and is actively involved. Criterium Engineers qualifies every engineer in our organization and they must participate in our internal QA training programs and take part in annual peer reviews.

The engineers in our organization are multi-disciplined. We are building generalists with design, construction, or facilities backgrounds. Each of our engineers also brings specific expertise in various disciplines such as structure, mechanical, electrical, civil, environmental, and related fields. We can quickly assemble teams with specific skills, education, and/or experience to handle your most challenging and complex assignments.
