University of Chicago - Performing Arts Center

This visually stunning glass and stone structure will enhance the design’s open spaces and clean lines evoking the minimalism of an artist’s loft. The 170,000-square-foot building will house sophisticated studios, media labs and performance spaces that take advantage of natural light.  The center will also include a 450-seat auditorium, a black-box theater, and a studio theater.

Criterium Engineers provided a Comprehensive Constructability Review that included meetings with the design team.
