Scottsdale Fashion Square is a large retail development in Scottsdale, Arizona and is currently starting its 10th phase of expansion.
Criterium Engineers had a large role in providing construction monitoring and documentation services related to the exterior waterproofing aspects of this project, including the EIFS application.
This visually stunning glass and stone structure will enhance the design’s open spaces and clean lines evoking the minimalism of an artist’s loft. The 170,000-square-foot building will house sophisticated studios, media labs and performance spaces that take advantage of natural light.
