This open-air regional shopping development is a phase of a master-planned San Tan Village. Consisting of 15 interconnected buildings totaling 585,531 square feet. A challenging project given the size and scope.
Criterium provided construction monitoring and documentation services related to the exterior waterproofing aspects of this project.
Building J is a retail remodel project resulting in approximately 25,000 square-feet of ground level gray-box retail space, including a completely revised facade and extensions of the roof assembly where unsuring water tightness was critical to the project.
