Our client completed the renovation and reuse of a 60,000 sq. ft. warehouse/hangar/aircraft facility, which included 40,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and office areas and a 20,000 sq. ft. hangar and storage areas. A new chiller and three air handlers with piping were suspended from the structure 16 feet above the finished floor. Criterium Engineers helped consult on the many challenges related to the rain gutter system between the two peaks of each building. |
