The Residences at the Arboretum is a new construction project located in Cary, NC. The project shall consist of a four story structure, with 207 apartment and condominium units.
Criterium Engineers provided a Full Constructability Review along with a Comprehensive On-Site construction documentation and monitoring Quality Assurance program.
This project involves a phased development of the Valley View Casino outside of San Diego, California included the renovation and expansion of the existing casino building, along with the construction of a Pavilion Events Center.
