The Oklahoma State Data Center contains approximately 33,000sf that will have most of the first floor built below-grade. It is a complex structure designed to withstand a F5 rated tornado with an exterior comprised of mostly glass and concrete.
Criterium Engineers provided a Constructability Review along with sub-grade and building envelope waterproofing evaluations.
The 790,000 sq. ft. mixed-use building features one story below-grade and 15 stories above-grade; a 655-space parking garage that occupies the entire below-grade level and a partial footprint of the first seven stories; a swimming pool at the penthouse level; and 14,000 sq. ft. of retail space.
