Oberlin Court is a 105-unit project, including about 40,000 SF of retail space, a podium deck and three stories of wood-framed construction. There is also a separate, steel-framed parking deck.
Criterium Engineers provided a Full Constructability Review along with a Comprehensive On-Site construction documentation and monitoring Quality Assurance program.
There are 312 residential units planned together with a free-standing garage, common building and car wash facilities for residents.
