A 104,500 square-foot expansion of the Mayo Clinic that includes addition of a sixth and seventh floor, including a 36-bed facility, a two-story operating room on the east side of the building, and an intensive care unit on the second level.

Criterium provided construction documentation and monitoring services for the building envelope and transitions.
