Mayo Clinic Vertical Expansion

This project includes a 104,500 square-foot expansion of the Mayo Clinic that includes addition of a sixth and seventh floor, including a 36-bed facility, a two-story operating room on the east side of the building, and an intensive care unit on the second level.
Criterium provided construction documentation and monitoring services for the building envelope and transitions.
Trinity Commons will consist of 342 luxury apartments with studio, 1 and 2 bedroom floor plan options. Trinity Commons will also offer private parking for residents, secured entrances, 10' ceilings, gourmet kitchens, walk-in closets, and plenty of additional storage rooms.
