The Marian Medical Center has undertaken a $140 million hospital expansion project including a new 178 bed patient tower that will replace the existing wing. The four-story, 229,000-square-foot-tower will house a new kitchen and dining area, reception, imaging, emergency department and shell space for future expansion of the emergency department on its first floor. The upper three floors will encompass the patient rooms.

Criterium Engineers provided QA site observations, including the following systems: subterranean waterproofing, concrete, building envelope evaluations, and fire suppression/sealants.
